Free Giveaways

We sometimes run promotional giveaways where all you pay is a flat shipping fee per item.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund the shipping cost for these items once an order has been confirmed. All sales are considered final.

Regular Priced Items

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date listed on your order's tracking ID, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.



To complete your return, we require that you mail your item(s) back to the return address listed on your package when it arrives.

Please contact our customer service team when you ship your package back so we can notify our fulfillment team to expect the delivery.



Cancellations 

We are generally not able to cancel orders due to our automated processing system.

If you email our support team within 15 minutes of placing your order with the subject 'CANCEL MY ORDER', we may be able to catch your request in time. However, we can't guarantee this.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.



If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to the processing time required by most credit card issuers.



If it has been more than a week and you still have not received a refund, please contact us.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are in unused condition. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, send us an email and we will address issues on a case by case basis.

Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.



Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.



If you are returning an item over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
